Great Lakes Office Solutions has been in business since 1994 with the goal of providing a more comprehensive, customer friendly copier sales and service business to the Twin Ports area.

Over the years we have worked hard to achieve that goal by remaining locally owned and operated when others have sold out to larger corporations and sent the seat of their operations to the bigger metropolitan areas. We are committed to this area and our community.

We pride ourselves on the prompt LOCAL service needed to insure that your company’s operation runs smoothly and at the highest level. When you call, a live local voice still answers the phone. We offer free consultations on all office equipment that needs repair and fee-for-service calls based upon hourly rates. We offer service contracts and competitive leasing and purchase options that are flexible and customized based upon your needs with monthly, quarterly or annual billing.

  • "We recommend the products and services of Great Lakes Office Solutions. We leased four Konica Minolta Bizhubs from GLOS about a year ago, and we are very pleased with the units and service. GLOS sales efforts were low-pressure and focused on our needs. Their people are friendly, professional, and easy to work with – they really seem to care."
  • "Clearly, high quality customer service is a top priority for [Great Lakes Office Solutions]. On those occasions when service is needed, they respond promptly and courteously, beginning with the person taking our phone call. Technicians are polite, professional, and knowledgeable. In Those rare situations when the trouble shooting is challenging, they persist until the problem is solved."
  • "The exceptional customer service and value has far exceeded my expectations. They are a great local company. We left the competition due to excessive maintenance charges on color copies. The savings alone will have paid for the 2 copiers by the end of the year. I can highly recommend Great Lakes Office Solutions to anyone as they will work with you and stand behind their equipment without a doubt."
  • "The service has been exceptional and everyone at Great Lakes Office solutions has been very helpful and friendly. We LOVE our Konica Minolta copier and all the features it has. I would highly recommend Great Lakes Office Solutions to anyone."
